We offer services such as DOT & Non-DOT Physicals, Preemployment Physicals, DOT Urine Drug Screening, Non-DOT Urine Drug Screening, Rapid/Instant Drug Screening, DOT & Non-DOT Breathalyzer Alcohol Testing, DNA Testing; Oral, Hair & Nail, Pregnancy Testing, Early Gender Reveal, Peek-A-Boo, STD/STI Screening, Covid-19, HIV, Cancer, Diabetes, Cotinine, Biometrics/Vitality Screening & Laboratory Services, etc.

Moreover, Optimum Diagnostic Laboratory, LLC is also an aligned training site with the American Heart Association (AHA), where we provide BLS CPR AED courses for infants, children & adults. We also provide Digital Fingerprinting & Ink Fingerprinting and more, making our services convenient for our clientele.

 Eleanor is a highly experienced and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) and Certified Medical Examiner with 33 years in the medical field. As the CEO and Owner of Optimum Diagnostic Laboratory, LLC, she combines her extensive nursing background with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. She is also an American Heart Association (AHA) BLS CPR Instructor, Certified DOT & NON-DOT Specimen Collector, Breathalyzer Alcohol Technician (BAT), and Certified Rapid Specimen Collector, Notary Public, among other certifications.

Her diverse career has included roles in Medical-Surgical, Geriatrics, Rehabilitation Therapy, Neuroscience, Mother-Baby Care, In-Patient Behavioral Health (Psychiatry), Home Health, In-Patient Hospice, and Primary Care as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Eleanor's passion for nursing, education, and patient care is deeply rooted in her family background, having been inspired by her aunt, Ms. Dorothy Mincey, also a retired dedicated Nurse, her father and brother, both long-haul truck drivers. She founded Optimum Diagnostic Laboratory, LLC in their honor and aims to be influential and impactful in her continuing journey as a Nurse.
