• A valid contact number and email address must be provided at the time of booking.
• For services, a retainer fee or full prepayment is required to confirm your appointment.
• You will receive a confirmation email or text once your appointment is booked.
• Reminder notifications will be sent 24–48 hours before your appointment.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify our office as soon as possible, preferably 24 hours prior to the appointment. This courtesy allows our clinic to give this appointment to another client.
